On September 23, the Asia Laundry Expo successfully concluded. After the exhibition, nearly 100 global laundry clients visited Kingstar’s Nantong production base. They explored the equipment manufacturing process.
Clients were divided into four groups. They visited smart three-dimensional warehouses, machining workshops, the equipment exhibition hall, washer assembly workshops, and tunnel washer and finishing equipment assembly workshops. Sales representatives provided on-site guidance for them.
In the machining workshop, clients experienced the processing details by touching the sheet metal edges. A complete set of automated processing equipment (heavy-duty laser cutting machines, vertical lathes, smart welding robots, and automatic press brakes) was recognized by clients for its efficiency and precision. This enhanced customers’ trust in Kingstar’s self-developed manufacturing.
In the washer, tunnel washer, and finishing equipment assembly workshops, clients closely observed the internal structures of the equipment. Kingstar equipment features high-quality motors, bearings, frequency converters, and electrical components. Through deep discussions with workers, clients further learned the manufacturing and process standards of laundry equipment.
In the visiting delegation, there were new customers and existing partners. They recognized Kingstar’s R&D and manufacturing capabilities. Every year, Kingstar launches new smart equipment. It continuously helps the laundry industry lower costs, save energy, and reduce emissions.
After the visit, the delegation and Kingstar’s international sales team attended a dinner. The international sales manager comprehensively introduced the company’s history, manufacturing concept, overseas after-sales services, and product portfolio. In the future, Kingstar will provide more advanced equipment and detailed pre-sales and after-sales service systems for global laundry users.
