We have done energy-saving design in the thermal insulation design and program of the machine. Below we mainly introduce it from the insulation design, accessories use and program design.
Insulation design
● The two ends of the four drying cylinders in front of the CLM roller+chest ironer are designed with thermal insulation, and the two ironing chests in the back are designed with a high-tech thermal insulation board.
● The all-round sealing process can effectively lock the temperature without loss, ensure the efficiency of drying and ironing, and reduce steam consumption.
● The whole box board of the ironer is fixed by thermal insulation cotton and galvanized sheet, which has good temperature locking effect. The insulation layer will not fall off after long-term use. The steam pipe of the machine is also insulated by materials with a superior insulation effect.
Through this series of measures, the steam loss can be effectively reduced by more than 10%, reducing steam waste while creating a more comfortable working environment for the laundry plant.
Accessories
The steam trap of the ironer is also very important to save steam. Poor quality trap will not only drain water but also steam, resulting in steam loss and steam pressure instability.
CLM roller+chest ironer adopts British Spirax trap which has good drainage performance. Its unique structure prevents steam loss, keeps steam pressure stable and eliminates steam waste. Each trap is equipped with a viewing mirror through which the water drain can be viewed.
Programming
The CLM roller+chest ironer can be programmed for steam management settings.
● Each laundry plant can set the steam supply time of ironing machine preheating, work, noon rest and work according to the staff’s work rest time, and implement effective management of steam use, which can effectively reduce steam consumption and reduce the steam cost of the laundry plant.
● In the ironing process, we have the sheet automatic temperature regulation design. When changing from quilt covers to bed sheets, people only need to select the appropriate bed sheet program to automatically adjust the steam pressure and ironing temperature, preventing steam waste and excessive ironing of sheets.
