The Kingstar Automation 60kg 16-chamber tunnel washer system can finish washing 1.8 tons of linen per hour. Only one person is needed for the whole work of the entire tunnel washer system, including weighing, washing, and drying. If people use traditional industrial washers, then 18 100kg industrial washers, 15 100kg dryers, and a minimum of 9 employees will be needed to finish the work.

❑ Ironing and Folding
With the Kingstar Automation high-speed ironing line, if 4 people work at the same time with the help of the Kingstar Automation high-speed ironing line, it will realize the ironing and folding work of 900-1100 sheets per hour, which is twice the efficiency of an ordinary ironing machine.
❑ Spreading Feeder
Beyond that, the hanging storage spreading feeders are increasingly used by the laundry factories. A hanging storage spreading feeder can not only efficiently send linen but also can effectively pre-store and avoid the problem of mixed linen.
❑ Towel Folder
Also, the highly efficient towel folder can automatically identify towels of different sizes without manual sorting. After simply placing the towel gently on the feeding platform, the folding, stacking and conveying will be completed automatically. A towel folder can equal the efficiency of 5 manual folding.
