Therefore, although we did not reduce prices, we did not raise prices in the case of rising energy. We chose to make profits to customers in this way.”
Mr. Ouyang believes that giving part of profits to customers can not only maintain long-term cooperation but also protect themselves well. Because not all washing plants can achieve such a low cost, if the cost is too high, it cannot be profitable at all, so it effectively avoids the entry of some “spoilers”. Zhaofeng Laundry currently has a service radius of 130 kilometers with a daily washing volume of 7,000 sets. The highest production capacity is 27,000 sets during the Spring Festival, serving more than 400 hotel customers in Guangyuan City, Sichuan Province, China.
High Efficiency and Energy Saving of CLM Laundry Equipment
The reason why his barrier marketing can be so successful is inseparable from the high efficiency and energy saving of laundry equipment. Mr. Ouyang said they had tested CLM’s direct-fired ironer. 800 covers can be ironed in an hour, and the natural gas consumption is 22 cubic meters, equivalent to 275kg of steam. The average steam consumption of an ordinary high-speed ironer is 700kg/ hour. At the cost of 300 yuan/ton of steam, the cost difference of working 10 hours a day is 1275 yuan.
