On September 20th, the Hebei Laundry and Dyeing Association organized more than 70 industry professionals to visit Kingstar. They visited Nantong’s manufacturing base for intelligent laundry equipment. They learned more about smart manufacturing processes and core product advantages.
The delegation first visited the automated three-dimensional warehouse. This area features labor-saving and smart management systems. They improve material handling efficiency and inventory accuracy. This showed a modern automated manufacturing factory’s efficient control capabilities.
Then the delegation entered the machining workshop. They observed the precision machining process. The smart, flexible sheet metal warehouse and a complete set of automated equipment (welding robots, automatic press brakes, and heavy-duty lathes) work together. They can cover key stages, such as blanking, forming, welding, and precision machining. The processing device is comprehensive with strong capabilities. They can enable advanced machining for various sheet metals, tubes, as well as components. Whether it is a tunnel washer drum over 10 m or small fasteners, it can enable millimeter-level precision machining. The machining process is fully controlled by computer programs. It features stable parameters and high accuracy. This can ensure stable product quality and reliable performance of each batch.

Finally, the delegation visited the assembly workshops of washers, tunnel washers, and finishing equipment. Clients learned more about Kingstar equipment through inspecting equipment edges, connections, and welds. They are carefully processed with strict quality inspection. Edges are rounded smoothly. Connections are flat with even and clean weld seams. This can eliminate burrs, sharp edges, and protrusions. Thus, equipment cannot damage linen or garments during long-term operations. After the visit, the president of the Hebei Laundry and Dyeing Association, Mr. Dai, presented Kingstar with an honorary plaque — Creating Advanced Smart Equipment, Driving the Laundry Industry.
