The chambers of the CLM hotel tunnel washer are all double-chamber structures, the bottom of the rinsing chamber is placed in a series of pipes, where clean water is the inlet from the last chamber of the rinsing chamber, and flows backward from the bottom of the pipe upstream to the next chamber, which effectively avoids the rinsing water contamination, to ensure the quality of rinsing.
CLM hotel tunnel washer uses the recycled water tank design. The recycled water is stored in three tanks, one tank for rinsing water, one tank for neutralizing water, and one tank for the water produced by the water extraction press. The water quality of the three tanks is different in pH, so it can be used twice according to needs. The rinse water will contain a large number of linen cilia and impurities. Before entering the water tank, the automatic filtration system can filter the cilia and impurities in the rinse water to improve the cleanliness of the rinse water and ensure the washing quality of the linen.
CLM hotel tunnel washer uses the thermal insulation design. The normal main washing time is controlled in 14-16 minutes, and the main washing chamber is designed to be 6-8 chambers. Usually, the heating chamber is the first two chambers of the main washing chamber, and the heating will be stopped when it reaches the main washing temperature. The diameter of the laundry dragon is relatively large, if the thermal insulation is not designed well, the main washing temperature will be reduced rapidly, thus affecting the washing quality.
