On February 7, 2026, the CLM Annual Gala ended successfully. The theme is “Saddle Up and Ride Forward, Succeed in 2026” .All colleagues gathered together to celebrate this grand event and envision the future.
The celebration began with an energetic opening dance. The host ignited the morale of the entire audience with an enthusiastic opening. Later, General Manager Lu delivered a speech on stage. He reviewed the company’s hard work and outstanding achievements over the past year. Also, he issued a powerful New Year mobilization to all employees, officially sounding the clarion call to “Succeed in 2026”.
The honor recognition, a core part of the annual meeting, was carried out one after another. Outstanding employees, outstanding team leaders, outstanding supervisors, outstanding department managers (factory directors), and the highly anticipated recipients of the General Manager’s Special Award successively took the stage to receive their awards. They are the pioneers and role models on the company’s path forward. The shining trophies and enthusiastic applause have jointly witnessed the glorious moments of the strivers, inspiring every CLM employee.
Wonderful performances and interactive activities filled the venue. Everyone enjoyed songs and Chinese dances. The special “High Mountain & Flowing Water” Miao toast added a warm cultural touch. The games “Loong’s Swishing Tail” and “Afanti’s Market Dash” were great fun. The lucky draws all night long got everyone cheering loudly.
The gala dinner officially started amid cheers from all staff and toasts from the leadership. Finally, we all sang the song, Tomorrow Will Be Better, together. This made us feel hope and confidence in the future. The gala ended with warm reminders for everyone to go home safely.
We are proud of our hard work and our future. Every CLMer is ready to move forward. We will do our best in 2026.
