Safe Stain Removal of Fabrics

The premise of the safe stain removal is to avoid damaging the linen. As a result, in the process of stain removal, ensuring the safety of the fabrics is the most important. To ensure the safety of stain removal, the following principles should be followed.

● The selected stain removal methods or steps should be as simple as possible. If simple methods can be used to remove stains, then avoid using complicated procedures.

● The types and quantities of stain removers used should be as few as possible. Try to complete the stain removal work with as few types and quantities of removers as possible.

● The degree of corrosion of fabrics by stain removers should be as weak as possible.

Try to choose chemicals that cause less damage to the fabric.● The value of choosing stain removers ranges from low to high. When selecting and using the agents, only choose the right ones, not the expensive ones.

● The operation management should be standardized and strict. The label on the bottle of the stain remover should be complete, and the bottle should be placed at the fixed position to avoid wrong use.

When using a spray gun, it should be kept at a safe distance from the fabric to prevent damage to the fabric. The workbench and stain removal tools should be kept clean.

After handling one piece of fabric, the workbench and tools should be cleaned thoroughly to prevent any stains from contaminating other fabrics.

When tapping fabric with a brush, the brush should be dipped in liquid to keep it moist to avoid damaging the fabric during tapping.

After the stains are removed, the remaining stain remover should be rinsed off in time to prevent it from staying for too long and damaging the linen.

Safe Operation of the Employee

The stain removal job should be done by experienced employees. They should know the ingredients and features of each stain remover, use them properly according to the operation instructions to avoid accidentally splashing them onto the skin or into the eyes.
