At the end of 2024, Yiqianyi Laundry Company in Sichuan Province and CLM once again joined hands to reach a deep cooperation, successfully completing the upgrade of the second-phase intelligent production line, which has been fully put into operation recently. This cooperation is another significant achievement after our first collaboration in 2019.
The First Cooperation
In 2019, Yiqianyi Laundry bought CLM’s advanced laundry equipment for the first time, including a 60kg direct-fired tunnel washer, direct-fired chest ironing lines, 650 high-speed ironing lines, and other core equipment. It achieved a leapfrog development in production capacity. The introduction of these devices not only enhanced the company's washing efficiency but also laid a solid foundation for the subsequent intelligent upgrade.
The Second Cooperation
Based on the remarkable achievements made in the first phase of cooperation, in this second-phase upgrade project, Yiqianyi Laundry Company has added core equipment such as a CLM 80 kg direct-fired tunnel washer, 4-roller 2-chest ironing line, and 650 high-speed ironing line, and has been equipped with 50 smart hanging bags (overhead tote/sling), 2 towel folders, and a voice broadcast system. The introduction of these high-end devices has further enhanced the company’s intelligence level and production efficiency, providing strong core equipment support for building an intelligent and energy-saving laundry factory. 
Technical Upgrade Highlights
❑ Energy saving and efficiency improvement
CLM 80kg 16-chamber direct-fired tunnel washer is one of the core equipment of the upgrade. From the initial washing to the completion of drying, this equipment can process 2.4 tons of linen per hour. Compared with traditional equipment, its processing efficiency has been significantly improved. At the same time, it also performs well in terms of energy consumption, effectively reducing energy consumption.
❑ Efficiency and Effect
4-roller 2-chest ironer is another highlight of this upgrade. Compared with traditional chest ironers, this 4-roller 2-chest ironer reduces the consumption of steam and ensures ironing efficiency. It greatly improves the ironing quality, making linen flatter.
❑ Intelligent control
The voice broadcast system is a major innovation in this upgrade. This system can automatically and in real-time broadcast the washing progress, allowing the staff to keep track of the production dynamics at any time. 
Meanwhile, through data links, the system can provide real-time feedback on production efficiency, facilitating managers to promptly identify problems and carry out rectification and improvement.
In addition, through the program-controlled smart hanging bag system (overhead tote/sling conveyor), clean linen can be precisely delivered to the designated ironing and folding positions, effectively avoiding the occurrence of cross-shipment. At the same time, it significantly reduces labor intensity and enhances the automation and intelligence level of the production process.

After this second-phase intelligent upgrade, the daily processing capacity of Yiqianyi Laundry Company has successfully exceeded 40 tons, and the annual number of hotel linen laundry services has surpassed 4.5 million sets. This significant increase in production capacity not only meets the growing market demand but also provides strong support for the company’s business expansion in the southwest region.
