It can recycle some of the hot air discharged for the first time inside the dryer. After the hot air is filtered by the pile, it is directly returned to the barrel to be recycled, which both shortens the heating time and reduces the consumption of gas.

By monitoring the humidity at the air outlet, people can know the drying condition of the linen so as to avoid the towel being yellow and hard. It can also reduce the waste consumption of the gas unnecessary gas consumption, saving energy in small ways.
Configuration
CLM direct-fired tumble dryers can use only 7 m3 to dry 120 kg of towels in 17 to 22 minutes.
Due to the higher drying efficiency of direct-fired tumble dryers, people can configure less direct-fired tumble dryers than steam-heated dryers when the washing amount is the same.
The general steam-heated tunnel washer system needs to configure 5 steam-heated dryers while the direct-fired tunnel washer system can be configured with 4 direct-fired tumble dryers.
