The Flatness Design of CLM Four-station Spreading Feeders

As the first piece of equipment for the ironing line, the main function of the spreading feeder is to spread and flatten sheets and quilt covers. The efficiency of the spreading feeder will have an impact on the overall efficiency of the ironing line. As a result, a good spreading feeder is the foundation of the high-quality ironing line.

CLM spreading feeder has several designs for flatness: spreading, beating, smoothing, and blowing air at corners of the linen.

When the linen is spreading out, it should not be too tight or too loose. Our fabric clamps, controlled by a servo motor, have a sensitive response, stable operation, and precise positioning. They are neither too tight nor too loose, which is the first step to improving the flatness of linen ironing.

The linens are patted after being unfolded and before being sent in. CLM spreading feeder has a large suction fan on each side to beat and arrange the linens. Even extra-large bed sheets can be fed smoothly into the ironing machine.

When feeding the quilt covers, there are two smoothing designs: one using a mechanical knife and the other using a suction rough cloth. In addition, we have a double-sided smoothing brush for the quilt cover, which can smoothen the quilt cover as it is fed in, improving the subsequent ironing effect.

When the linens pass through the spreading feeder, there is an air-blowing pipe behind the machine. For some softer linens, their corners are prone to wrinkles when they are fed in. Our air-blowing device can blow them to avoid uneven corners during ironing and improve the overall ironing quality.

CLM spreading feeder lays a solid foundation for the following ironing flatness through several flatness designs.
