On August 2nd, the 2024 China Laundry Expo was held at the Shanghai New International Expo Center. At the exhibition, Kingstar Automation’s intelligent equipment attracted many industry professionals. We invited over a hundred new and existing clients to visit Chuandao’s Nantong production base for a more in-depth understanding.
The purpose of this visit is to enhance mutual understanding within the industry, gain deeper insights into actual customer needs, and showcase Chuandao's manufacturing capabilities and process standards. We hope to provide more convenient and intelligent laundry equipment and offer higher-quality services in the future.
In the sheet metal workshop, attendees learned about the flexible production line, which includes advanced equipment such as a 1000-ton automatic material warehouse, seven high-power laser cutting machines, and eleven imported high-precision CNC bending machines. They observed the entire process from automated material handling to cutting by the intelligent warehouse system.
In the profile workshop, they gained insights into the quality of raw materials used in Chuandao equipment and saw the application of Chuandao’s custom high-power laser tube cutting machine and profile processing center in production.
In the Tunnel Washer welding workshop, we provided a detailed introduction to our inner drum welding robots and inner drum processing lathes. Attendees were impressed by the processing technology of Kingstar Automation equipment. Through the presentation of Chuandao’s processing workshop, everyone gained a deeper understanding of our advanced manufacturing technology and standardized, intelligent manufacturing standards.

In the display area for the Tunnel Washer System and Ironing Line Series, the Vice President of Sales provided a detailed introduction to our laundry drums, ironing lines, and direct-fired equipment. He covered aspects such as manufacturing processes, energy consumption comparisons, and design details. Through this explanation, attendees learned how laundries can achieve large-scale washing, drying, ironing, and folding line operations with minimal labor through intelligent laundry equipment. They also discovered how Kingstar Automation enhances production efficiency while reducing energy consumption and maintenance costs through reasonable product design and high-quality standards.
