Inner Drum Material
The inner drum is made of 4 mm-thick premium 304 stainless steel, offering superior strength and deformation resistance compared to similar European and American products.
Precision Machining
After the inner drums are welded together and the precision processing of CNC lathes, the entire inner drum line bounce is controlled in 30 dmm. The sealing surface is treated with a fine grinding process.
Sealing Property
The tunnel washer's body has good sealing performance. It effectively guarantees no leakage of water and extends the service life of the sealing ring, also ensuring stable running with low noise.
Trasnfer Type
The bottom transfer of the Kingstar Automation tunnel washer brings a lower blocked and linen damage rate.
H-type Steel Heavy Structure Design
Frame structure adopts the heavy-duty structure design with 200*200mm H-type steel. With high intensity, so that it is not deformed during long-time handling and transportation.
Foam And Lint Overflow Device
The design of the unique patented circulating water filter system can effectively filter the lint in the water and improve the cleanliness of rinse and recycling water, which not only saves energy consumption but also effectively guarantees the quality of washing.
