PLC Control System
S.iron uses a modern PLC control system and a 10 -inch color touch screen. Programming and operations are easy to get started. It can fully control the ironing parameters, including ironing speed,chest temperature, and air cylinder pressure. The system provides up to 100 custom ironing programs to meet the ironing requirements of special linen.
Insulation Design
The ironing machine uses the thermal insulation board for insulation construction, reducing the loss of heat while greatly improving the heat utilization and production efficiency, and creating a comfortable working environment. This good insulation material ensure the motor and electrical components work at a safe temperature, which greatly extends the service life of the motor and accessories.
Belt Tensioner
The ironing belts use the hinge type tensioner, which can be installed in front or behind the steam vents of ironer, which is convenient for maintenance on the top of the ironer. You can also choose an automatic mobile system (ATLAS) to eliminate the dents of belts on linen and improve the quality of ironing. The belts tensioner can be used with the scraper system installed on the last roll to completely eliminate the dents on the linen.
Direct Motor Drive
The steam heating chest is directly driven by an independent motor, without a belt or other dangerous power transmission device, each motor with a inverter,and the speed of each roller is controlled by an advanced electronic method.
Maintenance-free
No belt, chain wheel, chain, and lubricating fat directly eliminate the occurrence of maintenance and failure, so the Kingstar Automation-TEXFINITY chest driving unit has the characteristics of free adjustment and maintenance-free.
Powerful Moisture Suction System
S.iron has a powerful, modular moisture suction system, which is closely related to the evaporation of water, so you need to install an independent suction motor on each roller. It has big impact on the ironing speed of ironer.
Chest Position Correction System
Pressure is the key point to ensuring the continous good quality ironing performance. This machine uses adjustable pressure to meet the special ironing needs of different types of linen. At the same time, the chest calibration system ensures that the pressure on the surface of linen is uniform. According to different types of linen, the ironer can always ensure the best ironing quality.
Sheets Corners Flattening Device
As an option, we set up a device for flattening the corners of sheets at the end of the entrance of the feeding platform to perfectly eliminate the wrinkles.
