The machine accommodates various linen sizes from 300 × 300 mm to 560 × 560 mm and supports adaptive feeding.
The machine provides full automation from linen folding to automatic stacking, eliminating the need for manual folding.
One operator can monitor all six lanes, reducing the need for multiple operators and improving production efficiency.
After leaving the ironer, the linen falls directly onto the support bars. Once the preset quantity is reached, the support bars automatically rotate to make way, allowing an empty bar to take over and receive the next batch. This enables continuous production without stopping the machine.
The machine can be directly connected to the ironer’s outlet and synchronized with its discharge speed. Each lane can handle up to 55 pieces per minute, while multiple lanes can achieve a total capacity of over 10,000 pieces per hour.
The machine features a multi-lane design, with stacking parameters for each lane programmable via the touchscreen. Each lane can be controlled independently, allowing separate adjustment of stacking parameters and start/stop settings.
