The CLM direct-fired chest ironer is developed and designed by an experienced European engineering team. It uses clean energy natural gas to heat-transfer oil, and then the heat-transfer oil is used to heat the chest ironer directly. The heating coverage of the chest ironer’s surface reaches more than 97%. Surface temperature is controlled at about 200 degrees. The ironing quality of it is better and the cost of using it is lower.
Control systems
CLM direct-fired chest ironers can be customized with up to 100 ironing programs. These programs can control the ironing speed, temperature of the chest, cylinder pressure and other ironing parameters to meet the ironing needs of different types of linen. PLC control system makes the chest and the suction tube fit better by virtue of intelligent automatic adjustment of pressure, so as to get better ironing quality.

Efficiency
In terms of efficiency, the CLM direct-fired flexible chest ironer uses heat-transfer oil as the heating carrier. The high temperature of the heat-transfer oil can reach 380 ℃.
The ironing temperature is generally controlled at 200 ℃. With the heat-transfer oil, the temperature rises to 200 ℃ for no more than 15 minutes from the cooling state. Each roll is separately equipped with an independent dehumidifying device so that the water evaporated from the chest can be immediately removed. It can effectively improve the conversion of heat energy. The ironing speed of the sheet can reach 35 meters/minute.
Energy saving
CLM direct-fired flexible chest ironer has a good energy-saving effect.
● Six oil circuit inlets allow rapid and uniform distribution of heat conduction, resulting in faster heating and lower gas consumption.
● All pipes and the inner side of the box board are designed with thermal insulation to reduce temperature loss. It can reduce gas energy consumption by about 5%, which not only saves energy but also creates a comfortable and safe production environment for the laundry plant.

● In addition, CLM uses Riello burners which can burn thoroughly and have high thermal efficiency. The gas consumption per hour of a CLM direct-fired flexible chest ironer does not exceed 35 cubic meters.
Structural design
The CLM direct-fired flexible ironer is designed without belt, sprocket, chain and grease. The transmission structure is simple, with the advantage of “no adjustment, zero maintenance”. It can greatly reduce the failure rate and maintenance expenditure.
