Traditional Ironer
The traditional steam-heated system of steam ironers is plagued by problems such as high heat loss and difficult recovery of waste heat for a long time because of the complicated heat conversion process. From the normal temperature state of water to boiling and then to the generation of steam, the heating efficiency loss and conversion heat loss are very considerable, coupled with condensate discharge, evaporation, steam leakage, system maintenance loss and many other factors, so that the comprehensive use of thermal efficiency can only be maintained at about 50%-60%. In the past, linen was often too dry and hard after ironing, which greatly affected the texture and service life of linen. CLM abandons the traditional way of directly heating the cylinder wall with the burner or the combustion tube, and uses the thermal oil medium in the gas heating tank. Thanks to the uniform and efficient heat transfer characteristics of the heat transfer oil, the ironing tank is heated first, and the fabric is then gently and comprehensively heated by the ironing tank.
Through careful use of fluid mechanics principles, repeated design, testing, and heating coverage of the chest surface is more than 97%. The surface temperature of the hot groove is accurately controlled at about 200 degrees, which not only ensures that the linen can be quickly and thoroughly ironed, but also perfectly avoids the drawbacks of being too dry and hard. It provides soft and comfortable, textured linen services for high-end customers such as star hotels.
