On the occasion of the Dragon Boat Festival, in order to inherit the traditional culture of the Chinese nation, continuously enrich the amateur cultural life of employees, enhance unity, unite people’s hearts, and show the good mental outlook and working status of all employees of our company, Jiangsu Chuandao Washing Machinery Technology Co., Ltd hold a series of cultural and sports activities of “Warm Dragon Boat Festival ,Love Chuandao” before the Dragon Boat Festival .
The competition is divided into two items: tug-of-war competition and expansion game
In the tug-of-war competition, there were 6 teams including Sheet Metal Business Department, Electrical Assembly Business Department, Tunnel Washer Business Department, Finishing Business Department, Washing Machine Business Department and the joint team composed of Quality, Warehouse and Technology Departments. Participate in the championship and runner-up competition together.
With the whistle of the referee, shouts, cheers, and applause were heard endlessly at the game site, and the atmosphere was very hot. After 7 rounds of intense competition, the finishing division finally won the championship, and the sheet metal division won the runner-up.
If the tug-of-war competition tests the strength and courage of the team as a whole, then the three events of “six people in one heart”, “extreme water fetching” and “brainstorm” test the coordination and tacit understanding of the team as a whole. Through the three expansion games, the team members can deeply understand the role of the individual and the value of the team, which will also make us more humble and hardworking
In the end, the washing machine marketing department and the quality department won the honorary certificates and cash rewards of the champion and runner-up in the six-person concentric and extreme water-taking projects.
The last project “Brainstorm” is obviously a wonderful confrontation between chuandao staff’s “strongest brain”, which fully demonstrates Chuandao staff’s excellent theoretical literacy, rich knowledge reserves and excellent on-the-spot performance.In the end, the foreign trade sales department and the washing machine marketing department won the championship and the runner-up.
