Stacking And Conveying System
Auto-sorts 5 specs of linens. Single-person bundling even at high speed. Conveyor delivers sorted items, cutting fatigue and lifting efficiency. Stacking accuracy adjustable via cylinder timing.
Lateral Folding
2-fold structure, max 3300/3500mm (optional). Mechanical knife design ensures quality across linen types, with one-action folding to avoid static and enable high speed.
Cross Folding
3-fold structure, max 3600mm (handles oversized sheets). All mechanical knife design for neat, quality folds. First fold’s rollers separate automatically to release jams. 2nd/3rd folds are open-structured for easy troubleshooting.
Steady Structure
Welded frame with precision-processed long shafts. Max speed 60m/min (1,200 sheets/hour). All electrical, pneumatic, bearing, and motor components are imported from Japan and Europe.
