The GHG-120 Professional Direct-Fired Tumble Dryer is currently one of the most energy-efficient and high-performance models on the market. It can dry two 60 kg loads of towels directly from the press in just 17 to 22 minutes using gas heating. Gas consumption per cycle is as low as approximately cubic meters.

Drive Method

The inner drum adopts a shaxless roller wheel drive method, which is accurate, smooth, and can rotate in both directions and reverse.

Inner Drum Of The Tumble Dryer

The inner drum adopts 304 stainless steel anti-stick coating process, which can prevent the long term adsorption of the lint on the drum and affect the drying time, making the clothing life longer. The 5 mixing rod design improves the flip efficiency of linen and improves drying efficiency.

Advanced Burner Of The Tumble Dryer

Gas burner adopts Italy Riello high-power environmental protection burner, which has fast heating and low-energy consumption. It only takes 3 minutes to heat the air in the dryer to 220 degree.

Insulation Design

All the panels, outer drum and heater box of the dryer adopt thermal insulation protection design, which effectively prevent heat loss, reducing at least 5% energy comsumption.

Unique Air Cycling Design

The unique design of the air cycling allows the effective heat recovery of part of exhaust hot air, which significantly reduce energy consumption, and improve drying efficiency.

Automatic Lint Collection System

Lint removal using air blowing and vibration two ways of working at the same time ,which can remove the lint totally and ensure hot air good circulation, and keep stable drying efficiency.
