Air Duct Structure

1. The unique air duct structure design can slap the linen in the air duct to improve the smoothness of linen conveying.

2. The oversized sheets and quilt covers can be smoothly sucked into the air duct, and the maximum size of the sheets sent in is 3300×3500mm.

3. The minimum power of the two fans is 750W, and 1.5kw and 2.2kw fans are also optional.

Powerful Functions

1. A 4-station synchronous transmission function, each station has two sets of cloth feeding robots, with high working efficiency.

2. Each group of feeding stations is designed with loading waiting positions, which makes the feeding action compact, reduces waiting time, and improves the efficiency of the whole machine.

3. The design has the manual feeding function, which can realize the manual feeding of small pieces of linen, such as bed sheets, quilt covers, table cloths, pillowcases, etc.

4. There are two smoothing functions: mechanical knife smoothing design and suction belt brush smoothing design.

5. The anti-drop function of linen can effectively deliver large and heavy linen.

Rugged Construction

1. The frame structure of the CLM spreading feeder is welded as a whole, and each long axis is precisely processed.

2. The shuttle board is controlled by a servo motor, with high accuracy and high speed. It can not only transport the sheets at high speed, but also transport the quilt cover at low speed.

3. The conveying speed can reach up to 60 meters/minute and 1200 sheets per hour.

4. All electrical, pneumatic, bearing, motor, and other components are imported from Japan and Europe.

Slide Rail And Cloth Connection System

1. The guide rail mold is extruded with high precision, and the surface is treated with wear-resistant special technology. The cloth clip runs smoothly and quickly on the rail.
