High Speed

Software Communication

PLC System
The precise folding requires precise control. The CLM folder uses the Mitsubishi PLC control system, a 7-inch touch screen, and stores more than 20 folding programs and 100 customer information. Equipped with Internet functions such as remote fault diagnosis, failure exclusion, and program upgrade.
Sheets Corners Flattening Device
As an option, we set up a device for flattening the corners of sheets at the end of the entrance of the feeding platform to perfectly eliminate the wrinkles.
Stacker
The stacking system of the CLM high-speed folder is a standard configuration. With the stacker, the operator does not need to frequently bend down to get the sheets and it prevent fatigue and improve working efficiency. The stacker conveyor adopts the powerless roller design. Even the operators left short time,the sheets will not jamed.
Moisture Suction System
Powerful moisture suction system is installed for each drum.
