Control System

Equipped with a Mitsubishi PLC and 7-inch touchscreen, it stores over 20 folding routines and 100 customer configurations. The system is mature and stable, supports 8 languages, and offers optional remote capabilities like fault diagnosis. It also enables program synchronization with CLM spreading feeders and ironers.

Double-Stack Conveying System

Automatically classifies, folds, and stacks linen by size (boosts efficiency, saves labor).
Standard stacking system (no frequent bending, adjustable quantity). Non-powered roller conveyor prevents jams.

Lateral Folding

This folder has 2/3 lateral folds (max 3300/3500mm, optional). Air-blade structure (adjusts blowing time for linen thickness/weight). Air-stripping devices prevent static issues and jams, ensuring quality.

Stable Construction

Features a welded frame and precision-machined long shafts. Reaches a top speed of 60m/min (up to 1,200 sheets folded hourly). Critical components—electrical parts, pneumatics, bearings, and motors—are all imported from regions like Japan and Europe.
