Stacking & Conveying System
Standard stacking: boosts efficiency, saves labor (no frequent bending), adjustable quantity. Unpowered roller conveyor prevents jams if operators leave.
Lateral Folding
2/3 folds (max 3300/3500mm, model optional). Air-knife (adjustable blowing) and air separation prevent static issues/jams, ensuring quality.
Cross Folding
3 vertical folds (max 3600mm for oversize sheets). Knife-fold for neatness; first fold has air cylinders (releases jams); 2nd/3rd folds open for easy troubleshooting.
Steady Structure
Welded frame, precision long shafts. 60m/min (1,200 sheets/hour). All key components (electrical, gas, bearings, motors) imported (Japan, Europe, etc.).
