Air Duct Structure
The air duct structure adopts a special design that can pat the linen surface once suctioned into the air box, and make the linen surface flatter.
Even the oversized bed sheet and duvet cover can smoothly be suctioned into the air box. Max size: 3300x3500mm.
The minimum power of the two suction fans is 2.2KW.
Stable Structure
The CLM feeder adopted the overall welding for the body structure. Each of the long rollers is processed with high precision.
The shuttle plate is controlled by a servo motor with high accuracy and speed, so that it cannot only feed the bed sheet at high speed, but also feed the duvet cover at low speed.
Max feeding speed is 60 m/min, for the bed sheet, the max feeding quantity is 1200 pcs/hour.
All electrical and pneumatic components, bearings, and motors are imported from Japan and Europe.
Control System
CLM feeder adopts the Mitsubishi PLC control system and a 10-inch colorful touch screen with over 100 kinds of programs, and can store over 100 customers’ data information.
The CLM control system becomes more and more mature through persistent software updates, and the HMI is very easy to access and supports 8 different languages at the same time.
For each working station, we equipped a statistics function to count the feeding quantity, so that it is very convenient for the operation management.

CLM spreading feeder, high-speed ironer, and folder's program are linked together.
Rail, Catching System
The guide rail is extruded by a special mold, with high precision, and the surface is treated with special wear-resistant technology, so the 4 sets of catching clamps can run on it at high speed with more stability.
There are two sets of feeding clamps. The running cycle is very short. There must be one set of feeding clamps waiting for the operator, which can significantly improve the feeding efficiency.
Linen anti-falling design brings more smoothly feeding performance for the oversized and heavy linen.
The wheels on the catching clamps are made of imported material, which ensures long service life.
Hanging Transfer Clamps
Four sets of feeding clamps, there will always be one sheet waiting for spreading at each side.
Multi-Function
4~6 stations with synchronous transfer function: each station is equipped with two sets of cycling feeding clamps, enhancing the feeding efficiency.
Each feeding station is designed with a holding position that makes the feeding action compact, reduces waiting time, and increases efficiency.
The design with a manual feeding function, which can manually feed bed sheets, duvet covers, tablecloths, pillowcases, and small-sized linen.
With two smoothing devices: a mechanical knife and a suction belt brush, the smoothing design. Suction box suctioning the linen and pad on the surface at the same time.
The whole feeder is equipped with 15 sets of motor inverters. Each inverter controls a separate motor in order to be more stable.
The latest fan is equipped with a noise elimination device.
