Control System

(1) Precise folding requires precise control. CLM folder uses a Mitsubishi PLC control system, a 7-inch touch screen, which stores more than 20 folding programs and 100 customer information.

(2) The CLM control system is mature and stable after continuous optimization and upgrading. The interface design is simple and easy to operate, and it can support 8 languages.

(3) The CLM control system is equipped with remote fault diagnosis, troubleshooting, program upgrade, and other Internet functions. (Single machine is optional)

(4) The CLM classification folding machine is matched with the CLM spreading feeder and high-speed ironer, which can realize program linkage function.

Stacking And Conveying System

(1) The CLM is designed with four or five stacking platforms, which can automatically sort and stack linens of different sizes, so that linens of the same specifications can be discharged from the same stacking platform.

(2) The CLM sorting folder is equipped with a conveyor line, and the sorted linen is automatically transported to the binding personnel to prevent fatigue and improve work efficiency.

(3) The stacking accuracy can be adjusted by adjusting the time of cylinder action and the node of cylinder action.

Horizontal Folding Function

(1) The CLM classification folding machine is designed with 2 horizontal folds, and the maximum horizontal fold size is 3300mm.

(2) The horizontal folding is a mechanical knife structure, which can ensure the folding quality regardless of the thickness and hardness of the cloth.

(3) The specially designed mechanical knife structure can realize the folding mode of completing 2 folds in one action, which not only prevents static electricity, but also achieves high-speed folding efficiency.

Vertical Folding Function

It can realize three or two lateral folds. Each lateral fold is designed with an air-blowing peeling function, which effectively reduces the occurrence of linen folding rejection caused by static electricity. The maximum lateral fold size is 3300mm or 3500mm(optional).

Rugged Construction

(1) The CLM high-speed folder frame structure is entirely welded, with every long shaft precisely processed.

(2) The maximum folding speed reaches 60 meters per minute, processing up to 1200sheets per hour.

(3) All electrical, pneumatic, bearing, and motor components are imported from Japan and Europe.
