650 Series Super Roller Ironer

Short Description:

Low energy consumption — The water content is within 40%, the steam consumption of the bed sheets is about 300 kg/h, and the power consumption is about 3 kWh/hour. Combine with the CLM high-speed ironer and folder to be a complete super speed ironer line, which can deal with 1200 pieces of bed sheets or 750 pieces of duvet covers per hour.

Drum

The heating drum is made of boiler carbon steel, which has higher pressure and thickness than stainless steel. The surface is ground and polished, which has greatly improved the ironing flatness and quality.

Insulation Design

The two ends of the drum, around the box, and all steam pipelines have been insulated to prevent heat loss, which reduces the steam consumption by 5%.

Double-face Ironing

3 sets of drums all use a double-face ironing design, which improves the ironing quality.

No Guide Belts

Some of the drums use a non-guided belt design, which eliminates the dents on the sheets and improves the ironing quality.

Tightening Function

All ironing belts have a tension function, which automatically adjusts the tension of the belt, improving the ironing quality.

Structure Design

The whole machine adopts a heavy mechanical structure design, and the weight of the whole machine reaches 12.8 tons.

Guide Roller

All guide rollers are processed by high-precision special steel pipes, which ensure that the ironing belts do not run off, and at the same time ensure the quality of ironing.

Quality Ensurance

Main electrical components, pneumatic components, transmission parts, ironing belts, and rain valves are all used high-quality imported brands.

PLC

Mitsubishi PLC control system: programmable design. According to the ironing machine's working time schedule, you can freely set the steam supply time of the ironer, such as working, noon break, and off work. Effective management of steam can be implemented. Steam consumption was effectively reduced by nearly 25% compared to a normal ironer.
